Shipping and Delivery
To protect against the loss of your parcel, all shipping is sent with a tracking service.
If you will not be home during business hours please provide an alternative address eg. a work address.
If you are not in attendance when the parcel is being delivered you will receive a notification paper with details on how and when to collect your parcel.
Orders that are placed during the weekend or holidays are processed on the first subsequent business day and will ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Sun Emporium does not accept responsibility for a shipment that is lost after being delivered and signed for.
FREE SHIPPING
Sun Emporium is pleased to offer free standard shipping when orders are over a certain amount.
This free shipping is based on your delivery address:
- Australia Delivery - Australian addresses only - spend over $120
- USA Delivery - USA mainland addresses only - spend over $85
- UK Delivery - UK addresses only - spend over £65
- EU Delivery - EU addresses only - spend over €80

AUSTRALIA
Prices are in AUD plus GST.
We use the Australia Post trackable services. Orders will be sent by Parcel Post arriving in 2-3 business days or if you need it in a hurry Express Post which is guaranteed next business day delivery for parcels within the express post network.
USA
Prices are in USD.
Orders will be sent by USPS Priority Mail in 2-3 days anywhere in the country or if you need it in a hurry you also have the faster FedEx options.
UK & EU
Prices are in GBP and EURO.
Orders will be sent by USPS Priority Mail International in 6-10 days or if you need it in a hurry you also have the faster FedEx options.
ASIA
We use the Australia Post trackable services. Orders will be sent by Registered Post International arriving in 3-10 business days or if you need it in a hurry by Express Courier International arriving in 2-4 business days.
